Time abstract.
Tick tock, the mark of time beats its sound and I knew it would be over a week till I get this post done. Being away where there is no phone or internet, no television or radio brings a new way of thinking. With the tick off the clock the only sound in the room at night you get to meet yourself from a fresh view. So when I took this photograph of the clock it sat there looking like a clock. Has a few days passed I knew it had to become an abstract piece, just has my life felt being in a new place. Even though things seem different they are the same, just like the photo. You can still see a clock.

Stand Alone

Like the old chair standing alone, inviting you to sit down and share a moment. Make it feel it still has a use. Remember the old person alone, spend a moment with them share a thought or an ear for a few minutes. Make them feel they are still alive.

Busy times

A quick play in HDR to produce a pencil like drawing off a monochrome image.
Since a 365 is about pushing and trying new things, like software as well has the type of images you take. I like to draw a little when I can, so I wanted a simple photo set up to experiment on. I got close to what I was trying to produce, which just means I will have to try and improve.

Feather and Leather
A close up of a seagull feather I found while traveling pushed in the band on my hat. The old feather is a little beaten up but its been there for a few years.

Mothers calling
The first lambs of the year, was sitting waiting for a tractor turning looking at the sheep in the field next to me. I always carry my camera on the seat beside me. Down with the window and got this shot of mum calling her little ones. Give them another couple of weeks and they will be playing together in the fields. great fun to watch.
