My apple
Here,s my little helper again. Been getting a start on a small orchard and was having a look around when I spotted my little friend eyeing up a small apple on one of the young trees. Will have to get out tomorrow and get something different.

This Robin has got used to me working in the garden. I always keep the camera to hand and here he is a few feet away looking for a meal in the ground I had dug over.
Storm shelter
Taken from a window in my home, I saw this Robin sheltering from the rain under a pallet. Looks like it has swallowed a ball from this angle.

Saw this fly laying its eggs in the moss on a maple tree. It seemed to follow this line of resin .

Tailless pheasant
Spotted this pheasant walking around my mothers garden. I got one shot before it disappeared over the hedge. It was only when I open the image I spotted it was missing it’s tail feathers.

Thrush fledgling
A wet evening and spotted a couple of thrush fledglings sitting in a hawthorn hedge.got a shot of one before it moved deeper into the hedge.
