Day 28
What a day weather way’s. Wind howling and driving rain gave me no incentive to go out the door. So put my camera’s rain coat on and put it on a tripod , then set it up where a bird feeder hangs. With it swaying in the wind it was a hit and miss affair with the focusing . So sitting in the heat with a remote trigger on the camera and a cup of coffee in hand I was happy to watch the birds swing in time with the feeder.

So with them feeding and me sitting warm with my coffee it added up to a happy photographer.

Day 26
The voice of nature will talk , you just have to listen. When you truly open your mind to the voices around you, can you hear the language around you. Sit and listen to the trees whisper in a tongue long forgotten to man, or hear it call across the open moors and hills, hear its music in the rocky outcrops has it make soft notes in the scars on mother earths face. When you hear the voice, gentle like a mothers touch. Moving the grasses in gentle waves or in anger when the waves pound the shores. Listen carefully to its call and let it moderate the heart of man.

With there heads together they whisper.

Day 25
Today marks a big change in my life. It was a day of first’s, first time to visit Down Cathedral in Downpatrick, Co.Down, Northern Ireland and the the old jail in the same town. Which is now a museum and has a lovely coffee shop and great staff. Now considering I grew up not so far from Downpatrick, I never thought about the above places.
The Cathedral has the grave of Saint Patrick marked and is a tourist attraction from all over the world. So today’s photograph is not of his grave but a beautiful stained glass window in the Cathedral.

Day 24
Given a damp evening here I thought it a good time to peek through a few windows. I know of this Victorian house close by, so armed with camera and dark clothing off I went. Has luck was on my side the family were home and even the dogs were quiet. So got a few photograph’s, the glass in these old houses are not of great quality . But you do the best you can.

So fear not, I was peeking into a large Victorian style Doll’s house. Hope you enjoy and thank you for viewing.

Day 21
Who’s There ?

Came up with this idea when I came in through the back door, there is a security light that shines down. Setting my camera with a remote trigger set at 10 seconds delay. I fired through the glass with the security light illuminating the shot. I liked this shot with the hand dominating, knocking the door.
