Black & White Wednesday

DREAMING, this weeks photo was taken back in 2012, while walking around the shop I spotted this Victory Highball 106 cubic inch motorcycle. After a few tried it for size I thought I’d give it a fitting. Well it felt fine, I could hear ‘ Freedom of the road, The Drifter’ playing in my head and the wind blowing in my hair. Well it use to, honest..

The Drifter. ( Sherri T Hill )

Needless to say I’m still dreaming.

I still ride motorcycles, have done for 44 years but never had a custom style bike, I’m not finished yet…

Thank you for stopping by and stay safe.

George.

Street light

Due to early mornings being dark and the light is fading when going home the only time I can shoot is when its dusk or dawn. So have been out early some mornings while on my way to work. This way taken in a car park with the street lights illuminating the tree. With a long exposure and a light wind you can see movement in the branch’s and not the jogger that ran in front of the camera.

Thank you for visiting

Lambeg Parish Church, Lisburn  County Antrim, Ireland.

I pass this church most days, so decided to stop by and photograph the river that passes close by.  Turned out the river view was not great. Since I had parked in the church car park, I thought I might take a look around. So this is one off the photographs I shot there.

And here is a little History about the Church.
